The school has been preparing for the coming of Jesus throughout the season of Advent. Our Grade 6 class led our Advent Wreath Blessing Mass, and students lit the first purple candle of Hope.
November 30 - First Week of Advent - Hope
Today we begin the season of Advent — a time of hope, waiting, and joyful preparation for the coming of Christ.

December 7 - Second Week of Advent - Peace
As we light the second candle, we prepare our hearts to welcome Christ.

December 14 - Third Week of Advent - Joy
Today we light the rose candle and rejoice — for the Lord is near!
“Rejoice in the Lord always; again I say, rejoice!” — Philippians 4:4
December 21 - Fourth Week of Advent - Love
As we light the final candle, we open our hearts to God’s greatest gift — Jesus Christ.
“And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.” — 1 Corinthians 13:13
